2.	3G Multimedia Message Service includes on-net video call, on-net MMS, Internet Access and WAP.
3.	Free On-Net minutes of voice and video calls are only available with VIBO network; during promotion period, calling to Aurora network is also including in On-Net network.
4.	Free Off-Net Calls include call to CHT network, TWM network, FET network, KGT network, ARCOA network, TAI network, TAT network, PHS network, APBW network, or fixed Line network; not includes 105, 118, 55850 and other specific calls.
5.	Plan 599 and Plan 999 is not applicable to MVPN service.
6.	Customers subscribe both this package and Closed User Group service or Hot Line service will start charging when Plan 599 or Plan 999 free minutes consumed.
7.	All price plans within VIBO mobile are applied single tariffs for anytime. Voice and video calls will be charged by the second unit. Less than 1 second will be charged fully 1 second exclusive of 999 rate plan.
8.	599 rate plan users will gain first 3 FREE minutes per voice or video call within the VIBO network; exceed will be charged by second unit. Tariffs for VIBO network are NT$0.065/sec. for voice and NT$0.12/sec. for video; Less than 1 sec. will be charged fully 1 second.
9.	999 rate plan users will gain first 6 FREE minutes per voice or video call within the VIBO network; exceed will be charged by second unit. Tariffs for VIBO network are NT$0.05/sec. for voice and NT$0.12/sec. for video; Less than 1 sec. will be charged fully 1 second. Cross network calls will be charged by minutes unit which is NT$3/min for voice. Less than 1 minute will be charged fully 1 minute.
10.	986 plan free fee can not be delivered to next month.
11.	Monthly free minutes must be used within the allocated month. Unfinished minutes may not be delivered to next month.
12.	All rate plans will be charged according to VIBO billing cycle. New subscriptions will be charged partially as well as the free given minutes/fees.
