| 10. | While roaming, unless you POWER OFF your handset, you will be charged when your phone shows ‘no response’, ‘no answer’, ‘no signal’, or if the battery is removed from the phone while it is on. To avoid these extra charges your voice/video mail box service will be deactivated when you go abroad. If you still need these services overseas, please dial 580 from your handset before you go abroad to activate your voice/video mail box service. |
| 11. | While using data roaming services (like GPRS services etc.), when you are abroad, other than the roaming charge from foreign operators, you also need to pay for VIBO’s data roaming service charge (like internet access, WAP service, video streaming or MMS service etc.) according to your rate plans.
